Cancellations

We take pride in how quickly we get products out the door and with both products in our warehouse and stock owned at our manufacturers, that speed is always increasing. This is why we only accept full cancellations with 60 minutes (1 hour) of placing an in-stock order. This helps us ensure your package gets out on the truck immediately or can be flagged before it goes through the picking and packaging process. For orders that are not in stock or special order, we allow 24 hours. Cancellations can be done by emailing sales@gre6.com

Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that sometimes products ship quicker than expected. After 24 hours, or after an out of stock item has been confirmed, fees will apply to all cancellations with the exception of Special Order items, made to order items or custom built items; which can not be cancelled after the 24 hour period. Items confirmed on reserve or pre-ordered are subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. This fee is not to rip you off in any way. When you place an order, we lose 4% due to credit card processing, and also another 4% to credit your account. The remaining is much less than what is needed to to cover all the costs and expenses lost by cancelling an order, that was already processed. This fee will only be imposed on orders that have not shipped. If a special order has been placed, and the items are built and ready to ship out, and a cancellation is requested, a 25% cancellation fee will be imposed IF possible to be cancelled.

Shipping

All orders are “out the door” shipped within 1-5 business days we receive them unless back-ordered or out of stock 

Please keep in mind the following:

  • Products that ship truck freight differ from ground shipments and may require inspection and a signature upon delivery

Most items in our online store will be shipped UPS, FedEx, or USPS & pre-paid by credit card

Some orders may not calculate adequate shipping and require additional postage. You will be contacted, if needed.

Oversized products, such as bodies, hoods, roofs, wheels, etc and some flammable liquids/gels will be available only by store pick up

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective or incorrect items received at our fault will qualify for store credit, when promptly reported.

Refused Orders

Refused orders that are returned to our facility will be processed for store credit, which means that all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier will be deducted from the store credit. Customer Support will email the customer to determine why the package was refused, or undeliverable, and inform them of the total store credit.

Backorder Policy

If GRE6 receives an order that includes an item marked for backorder on the website, the item will be placed on backorder automatically and shipped when GRE6 has that item back in stock. We may call to confirm you still wish to receive the backordered item before shipping it.

When GRE6 receives an order that includes items that are out of stock but not marked for backorder on the website, the following will occur:

  • A GRE6 representative will contact the customer by email, or phone to discuss arrangements on how to proceed with the order.
  • When a backordered item is received into stock, a GRE6 representative will contact the customer by email, and the order can be fulfilled or cancelled within 24 hours of that notice. The backorder, if cancelled, will be refunded to the customer using their method of payment.

  • Orders must be prepaid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or by using PayPal or Square
  • Store credit on file, must be used within 6 months of issue date. or will be forfeited

  • Orders must be paid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or Square
  • No personal checks
  • No company checks without prior authorization
  • Orders must be prepaid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or by using PayPal or Square
  • Store credit on file, must be used within 6 months of issue date, or will be forfeited

Parts Truck – On Site at a Racing Facility:

  • In Person sales must be paid Cash, or by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or Square
  • No personal checks
  • No company checks without prior authorization
  • Store credit on file, must be used within 6 months of issue date, or will be forfeited
  • All Sales are Final and no returns or exchanges for Parts Truck Sales at a Racing Facility – No Exceptions!
  • Pricing at the Parts Truck is convenience pricing and will not match the GRE6 website or Brick & Mortar Store in South Windsor, CT.

Quotes, Estimates and Proposals are good for ONLY 5 days from the date initiated. 

Sales Tax & Exemption Information

As of 2021, GRE6 has discarded all sales exemptions in our system and is requesting any entity with tax exempt status to provide a new Connecticut Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate or the correct certificate for their state/status.

When filling out an exemption certificate please list our information as:

Once a sales tax exemption certificate is received, it usually takes 5-10 business days to process and be implemented in our sales tax system (During office hours).
No orders will be processed tax exempt before a certificate is accepted and processed on the customer’s account for that order.

Because of the volume of sales orders and monthly remittance of sales tax, refunds will not be made available on an order’s sales tax. The sales tax exemption certificate must be provided to us and processed prior to the sale.

Warranty

GRE6 sells parts for off-road, racing application use only. Please double check when placing your order, All Sales are Final. There is absolutely no warranty for any parts used on racing applications, any part that has been physically or mechanically altered, any part that has been improperly installed or maintained, any part used in improper applications or not used in conjunction with the proper parts. As further consideration for purchasers using GRE6 racing parts and equipment any and all inventory and services, purchasers acknowledge that due to the differing conditions and circumstances under which all equipment and parts are installed and used, purchasers are not relying on GRE6’s skill or judgment to select or furnish the proper part or equipment. Purchasers expressly affirm that they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase suitable goods. GRE6 makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, to purchasers. There is no warranty of merchantability made to purchases. GRE6 further excludes any implied warranty of fitness with respect to racing and equipment, any and all inventory, and service. It is expressly understood and agreed between purchasers and GRE6 that as part of the bargain between GRE6 and purchasers, and in consideration of doing business with each other, all purchasers take, select and purchase said racing parts, equipment, any and all inventory, or services from GRE6 “as is” and with “all faults” and GRE6 shall always provide purchaser with a full and complete opportunity to examine, at purchasers’ leisure and convenience, any racing parts, and equipment, any and all inventory or services when purchaser contemplates purchasing from GRE6 in person at the store. If, and in the event that purchaser expressly or implied cause representation, or statements or affirmations of fact contrary to this disclaimer of all warranties, expressed or implied, than purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GRE6 by any purchaser. Purchasers understand and agree that no officer, director, employee, or salesman of GRE6 has any authority to make any statements contrary to the terms of this agreement. On the contrary, GRE6 disavows any statement contrary to what is herein above written. GRE6 will not be responsible for incidental damages, consequential damages, property damages, or personal injury damages to the extent permitted by law. PLEASE NOTE: SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY LAST OR DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THOSE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT BE APPLICABLE TO YOU.
